Prepare, maintain, and reconcile recurring transfer pricing calculations, booking schedules, and year-end true-ups; ensure completeness of supporting workpapers.
Compile quarterly and annual transfer pricing inputs for the tax provision and planning; coordinate with Accounting to validate intercompany entries and reconciliations.
Draft, update, and track intercompany agreements for transfer pricing transactions; partner with Legal to align terms with policy and substance.
Prepare detailed transfer pricing documentation and reports, incorporating benchmarking analyses from external advisors and internal financial data.
Build and enhance Excel-based financial models; leverage SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Power BI to streamline data retrieval, validation, and reporting.
Produce Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) files and validate underlying data; support readiness for Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)/G20 BEPS Pillar Two requirements and related audits.
Support tax planning initiatives, including annual fair market valuations, legal entity rationalization, restructurings, and scenario modeling in collaboration with U.S. tax planning and Finance.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in transfer pricing within a multinational enterprise, delivering calculations, documentation, and operational bookings across multiple jurisdictions.
Experience applying Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 482 regulations and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines to intercompany transactions and policies.
Experience assembling CbCR data and supporting tax provision processes, with exposure to OECD/G20 BEPS Pillar Two data requirements.
Advanced proficiency building financial models in Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and translating outputs into journal entries and booking schedules.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA and analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI or similar.
Bachelor’s degree and equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Taxation (a plus).
Prior participation in transfer pricing audits or controversy across multiple jurisdictions (a plus).
Experience with legal entity rationalization, restructuring projects, and valuations of operating entities (a plus).
Transfer pricing advisory experience with a Big Four firm (a plus).
