Product Development Project Manager

Role Overview

• Own the full lifecycle of product development from ideation through launch.
• Build and manage detailed timelines, milestones, and deliverables across internal teams and global vendors.
• Partner with executive leadership on portfolio prioritization and launch sequencing.
• Identify emerging trends, whitespace opportunities, and competitive threats across beauty and fragrance categories.
• Translate insights into actionable product strategies and forecasting assumptions.
• Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for product concepts.
• Manage sample reviews, feedback cycles, and executive reporting.
• Drive accountability across internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years in product development, project management, sourcing, or innovation in beauty, fragrance, or CPG.
• Proven success leading cross-functional development initiatives.
• Strong market analysis and competitive research experience.
• Trade show sourcing and vendor development background.
• Solid understanding of COGS modeling and supplier negotiation.
• Bachelor's Degree required (Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Supply Chain, or related).
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
