Day-to-day liaison between the client, the respective insurance company, and the producer
Daily servicing of clients includes service work associated with client accounts, endorsement activity, coverage questions, problem solving, renewal processes, binding of coverages, assisting with billing inquiries, and accuracy checking of policies
Pre-qualify and analyze prospects coverage needs, recommending appropriate coverages and preparing rating quotes for producers
Complete insurance applications, obtain client signatures, submit to eligible carriers, and follow up for timely policy issuance
Process policy renewals and conduct remarketing as necessary
Assist clients with coverage changes and service requests
Inform clients of policy changes, exclusions, and coverage needs
Generate correspondence, certificates, and other documentation
Maintain organized and accurate electronic files
Manage incoming mail and respond to requests
Stay current with industry trends and technology
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (Preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
Active AR Property & Casualty insurance license (Required)
Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and products
