Support project kickoff meetings and ongoing design coordination meetings.
Manage and track RFIs, submittals, permits, and design milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to resolve design issues and changes.
Conduct site visits and perform quality control reviews of design deliverables.
Provide weekly status reports to leadership, including schedule, RFI, submittal, and change updates.
Support permitting processes, including plan submissions, cost forecasting, and AHJ coordination.
Set up and manage project documentation systems for internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate cross-disciplinary design decisions and escalate issues when required.
Ensure consistent communication regarding schedule, cost, and quality performance.
Contribute to development and refinement of design and construction best practices.

Required Experience supporting hyperscale or large-scale data center design and construction projects.
Strong understanding of design development, permitting, and implementation processes.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Ability to track and report on schedule, cost, and quality metrics.
Experience working with AHJs and managing permitting workflows.
Proficiency in construction management tools and document control systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience managing design consultants directly.
Familiarity with data center infrastructure systems and mission-critical environments.
