- Partner with learning consultants to analyze, identify and recommend learning experiences
- Orchestrate strategic and tactical delivery of Assessment and Team Effectiveness Portfolio
- Manage day to day operations and vendor relationships
- Build and manage team effectiveness portfolio and suite of offerings
- Analyze data trends and provide recommendations based on insights
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of experience in program management or learning delivery
- At least 2 years of experience using or managing team effectiveness models and tools
- At least 1 year of experience delivering assessment debriefs or workshops
