Lead the financial strategy and development of financial metrics for complex federal RFP submissions
Translate RFP requirements into detailed staffing models, workload forecasts, and comprehensive cost builds
Oversee development and validation of defensible Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
Validate workload assumptions, staffing ratios, productivity metrics, and ramp schedules using historical data and benchmarking
Partner with Pricing leadership to align cost builds with price-to-win strategy

BA/BS in accounting or finance
a minimum of 8 years progressively more responsible experience in a high-level financial analysis position
CPA, CMA, MBA or Master’s degree in accounting is required
experience supporting senior management
ability to project manage autonomously
experience with government contracting and/or Medicare Administrative Contracts preferred
