Assists in the preparation of payroll in Workday Payroll for employees paid on biweekly and semi-monthly frequencies
Enters and maintains On-Demand payroll records upon Management approval
Serves as the main point of contact for payroll & troubleshoots payroll-related issues impacting employees (non-payments, pay discrepancies, general questions, etc.)
Performs data entry tasks related to payroll and benefits
Follows up on withholding orders and other non-tax correspondence received from government authorities
Provides ad hoc payroll reporting and other documentation to Finance, HR, and other authorized parties
Audits payroll data to ensure accuracy
Communicates and works with 3rd party payroll partners as needed

Requirements
Associate degree in business administration or other related business major required
Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience preferred
Experience in providing quality customer service is required
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Experience with Workday US/CAN Payroll software required
