Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing changes and monitor their impact
Prepare and present reports on pricing performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders
Develop detailed customer-specific and portfolio pricing models and scenarios using Excel
Analyze market and internal data to identify opportunities for pricing adjustments
Assist in the development of tools and dashboards to visualize pricing metrics and KPIs
Maintain comprehensive documentation of pricing policies, methodologies, and updates
Participate in industry benchmarking to stay informed on competitive pricing practices
Support ad-hoc analysis requests from leadership and other departments
Engage in cross-departmental projects that influence pricing and revenue strategies

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or related roles
Healthcare, healthcare IT experience strongly preferred
High proficiency in Excel
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Excellent communication and business partnering skills
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus
Applying AI/ML techniques to analytics, forecasting, or model-driven pricing is a plus
