Role Overview
- Provide administrative & patient counseling support to physician offices
- Assist with paperwork completion and follow up on submissions for drug reimbursement
- Liaise with patients, insurers, and physicians about documentation for maximum reimbursement coverage
- Gather pertinent information from patient charts and complete necessary documents
- Follow up with insurers until a decision is received
- Provide updates on reimbursement submissions and maintain patient database
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience in a healthcare, clinical, or administrative setting
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and French
