Provide day-to-day administrative support to Program Managers and project teams, including meeting scheduling, status tracking, and documentation.
Maintain project schedules, task lists, and action item logs, ensuring timely updates and distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with the preparation, formatting, and submission of project deliverables, reports, presentations, and proposals.
Track project milestones, deadlines, and dependencies, helping to identify risks or delays and communicate updates.
Coordinate meetings, customer communications, and vendor interactions, ensuring clear documentation of discussions and next steps.
Organize and manage program records, documentation, and configuration control files in accordance with company standards.
Support purchasing, shipping, and logistics activities related to program schedules and deliverables.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required).
2+ years of experience in a project coordination, administrative, or office management role (experience in technical, engineering, or defense environments a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with project management tools and online collaboration platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
U.S. Citizenship required (due to DoD contract requirements).
