Role Overview
Lead three dynamic teams responsible for developing and supporting innovative integration & automation solutions on the Workday and Mulesoft platforms
Guide strategic Workday platform initiatives for three business units managing their functional areas in Workday (HR, FIN, STU)
Ensure continued strategic alignment between Workday and the wider WashU ecosystem
Manage the intake and prioritization of all integrations involving Workday
Cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence within the team
Provide analysis, planning, organization, communication, and management necessary to support all aspects of operations within the team
Manage a team of managers and professional staff
Participate in management discussions and planning at the department level
Act on behalf of Director in his/her absence
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
Relevant Experience (6 Years)
Background with business information systems at a management level preferably in an academic environment
Skills: Academic Experience, Business Information Systems, Information Technology Management
