Requirements
- 3-5 years of construction law or equivalent experience
- Experience litigating all types of construction disputes, including delay and disruption claims, payment disputes (mechanic’s lien, bond, stop notice), and breach of contract claims
- Experience in preparing and negotiating construction contracts, change orders, and other construction-related agreements
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong references
- Superb written and oral communication skills
- CA Bar membership is required
- Prior AmLaw 100 and judicial clerkship experience preferred
