3-5 years of construction law or equivalent experience
Experience litigating all types of construction disputes, including delay and disruption claims, payment disputes (mechanic’s lien, bond, stop notice), and breach of contract claims
Experience in preparing and negotiating construction contracts, change orders, and other construction-related agreements
Excellent academic credentials
Strong references
Superb written and oral communication skills
CA Bar membership is required
Prior AmLaw 100 and judicial clerkship experience preferred
