As a key clinical operations leadership team member, the Regional Director is responsible for directing, managing, and enhancing operations across designated sites within the region.
Focus on optimizing operational and clinical quality while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Work closely with the VP of Clinical Operations and AVP of Clinical and Financial Operations, aligning practices with organizational goals.
Foster community engagement by collaborating with Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) in partnership with each Health Center within the region.
Direct all activities involved in the provision of services at a clinic, including staffing, patient flow, ongoing clinical operations, and monitoring fiscal procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required
Master’s degree with a major in public health administration or related field preferred
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in administration with a preference for a healthcare setting
