Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing and resource planning across designated departments
Collaborate with business and project leaders to assess capacity needs, skill requirements, and availability
Align talent with project demands to ensure efficient delivery while supporting employee growth and engagement
Monitor and manage current and projected capacity to identify resource gaps or surpluses
Lead short
and long-term capacity planning efforts and provide proactive solutions
Develop and track key performance indicators to evaluate resource utilization and team effectiveness
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions
Work with global counterparts to support standardization of resource management practices
Partner with Finance to ensure alignment between staffing plans, budgets, and business goals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or a related role within a professional services or project-based environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, forecast demand, and drive strategic planning
Proven experience optimizing resource allocation to improve project outcomes and operational efficiency
Familiarity with resource management tools; experience with Workday is preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
