Provide leadership for the Foreign Exchange (FX), Commodities, and Interest Rate Derivatives business.
Oversee client strategy, revenue growth, and risk management while guiding a high-performing team of Principals, Associates, and Analysts.
Create and maintain a dynamic client portfolio review process to identify strategic clients and optimize coverage.
Develop a semi-annual process to elevate high-value clients and reallocate low-touch clients to EFX or junior sales for development opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with internal partners and external clients to deliver risk mitigation solutions aligned with client objectives.
Partner with Relationship Managers, Credit, Investment Bankers, and Capital Markets teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Create, manage, and prioritize a pipeline of opportunities across multiple product lines.
Deliver high-value financial analysis and strategic alternatives to top-tier clients and prospects.
Lead development and implementation of a comprehensive client communication strategy.
Oversee creation and delivery of customized presentations and related communications.
Ensure regulatory compliance at all times and ensure adherence across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, CPA strongly preferred.
10 years of experience in financial services, with significant leadership experience in Sales & Trading or Capital Markets.
Strong working knowledge of debt underwriting/DCM, industry, competitive, and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record of originating and closing complex financial transactions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
Demonstrated leadership experience in driving strategic decisions and team development.
Qualified candidates will bring professional proficiency, generally acquired through 10 years of relevant work or internship experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and trading platforms/systems of record.
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills; mastery of financial modeling and risk analysis.
Strong organizational and strategic planning capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects and lead cross-functional teams.
