Day-to-day management of a variety of Sales Reps (Strategic to New Logo) in order to maximize sales revenue to meet or exceed annual targets
Regularly visit existing partners/customers/prospects, actively involved with peer levels in key partners
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or another related field of study or equivalent work experience
5+ years of proven experience leading and scaling sales teams in a quota-carrying environment in the NY Metro Area
Track record of consistent revenue achievement and forecast accuracy
Strong coaching, verbal, written, communication, and leadership skills
Experience managing complex sales cycles and strategic accounts selling AI, data networking and / or security platforms
Ability to operate with urgency, structure, and accountability
Proficiency in SFDC, MEDDPIIC & working knowledge of Command of the Message, or equivalent methodology
Previous experience leading teams selling cloud-based security products
