Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for designated project(s) to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and budget parameters.
Serve as the single point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and customer suppliers. Act as the communications coordinator for assigned major projects, ensuring effective coordination across all internal departments.
Ensure preparation and delivery of customer documentation and project drawings in accordance with contract requirements.
Represent the Company at customer and subcontractor coordination and status meetings.
Monitor project activities to ensure cost targets and gross margin objectives are achieved.
Track and control major components of project costs.
Assume responsibility for maintaining and executing the overall project schedule.
Follow required administrative procedures to ensure successful project execution.
Negotiate the settlement of claims associated with assigned projects.
Monitor project progress against established plans and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet objectives.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Comply with all NOV company policies and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical troubleshooting and repair of offshore oilfield equipment and/or drilling operations.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
PMP certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
