Lead integration activities across major Infrastructure Technology Operations (IT&O) functions
Develop a multi-year technical integration roadmap planning
Perform activities to identify and pursue market opportunities for IT products
Oversee customer engagements and develop IT product solution strategy
Manage development, resource allocation and scheduling for project requirements
Consult on value propositions and analysis of customer processes
Represent/promote IT products internally and externally
Adjust product strategy to meet financial targets
Serve as liaison between IT&O functions and Integration Management Office
Maintain risk, issues and opportunities (RIO) reporting
Develop and manage complex IT project plans and deliverables
Lead activities to determine project scope, schedule, and budget baselines
Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards
Identify and negotiate necessary resources to meet project goals
Provide analysis and recommendations on resource allocation
