Manage assigned account(s); develop positive working relationships with all customers and construction contractors.
Serve as subject matter expert of construction contracts, proposals and operations to drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
Oversight of project support including scope development, material take-offs from plans and specifications, proposal review, and construction management
Work closely with and manage Account Managers on day-to-day operational processes including, but not limited to contract renewals, prepare and maintain schedules to accomplish procurement objectives, troubleshooting, provide software training to client and contractor staff
Identify root cause of customer success and failures alongside Account Managers and drive requirements for process enhancement and development as needed
Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals yearly.
Provide input on new processes and workflow as needed
Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight.
Work closely with Finance on billing setup and invoicing
Hiring and developing staff to include the setting of objectives and performance reviews.
Provide coaching and guidance to team members about every aspect of their assignments
Participate in Budget development and management, revenue forecasting, and periodic updates and management of profit and loss
Work with Sales and Business Operations team to develop annual program usage and benchmark report
Deliver program review to client’s senior management
Assist sales team in discovering business opportunities outside of Job Order Contracting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of construction procurement, construction management, or general contracting related experience related to healthcare construction and construction management
Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC), Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), or Certified Healthcare Physical Environment Worker (ASHE) certifications are preferred, but not required
Knowledge of ICRA/LFSM preferred but not required
Knowledge of key concepts including plans, deliverables, scope and tasks
Confident communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations.
A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables.
Sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations.
Working knowledge and experience in the preparation and process of construction bid documents.
The ability to communicate effectively with team members and across the organization.
Experience identifying client or staffing issues and the ability to create effective solutions as well as the knowledge of when to escalate.
A valid US driver’s license
This is a remote role, however the candidate should have ability to travel 50-70% of the time within assigned geographic area (Cleveland metro area).
