Responsible for supporting the sales, delivery and account management process for accounts
Focuses on building foundational relationships and identifying initial opportunities for account expansion within the company's diverse digital, data, and AI solutions
Requires a solid understanding of the company’s product line and its basic applications, as well as the client’s objectives and challenges
Manages routine account tasks, including regular communication and follow-ups, to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Establish and maintain relationships with assigned clients, addressing their day-to-day needs and resolving issues as they arise
Assist with the execution of account plans, including managing schedules, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely delivery of services or products
Track and report on account activity, including status updates, performance metrics, and client feedback
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling additional services or products within the scope of the account
Requirements
8-10 Years of experience in account management/client success of large accounts
