About this role
Role Overview
Partnering with employees across GS to uncover, draft, and share news stories
Gathering and analyzing communications metrics to improve work
Creating and managing employee recognition programs
Supporting planning and execution of quarterly All Hands meetings
Managing internal comms collateral with governance and visibility
Drafting announcements, executive presentations, and internal blog posts
Participating in Akamai's Global Communications Network for alignment
Requirements
2 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Eye for design and aptitude for using images and video for storytelling
Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and track details
Dedicated team player comfortable in a complex organization
Previous exposure to intranet tools (ideal, but not required)
