Supervise all activities relating to the administration and maintenance of Lifepoint Health’s employee retirement and financial education programs.
Provide expertise and strategic leadership for the functional areas of retirement benefits, including, but not limited to the company’s 401(k) plan, deferred compensation plan, and financial education platforms.
Serves as a member of Lifepoint Health’s investment advisory committee, the Plan Administration Committee.
Develop ongoing metric/measurement methodology, analytic reporting, and communication material to promote the understanding of all Lifepoint Health’s retirement programs.
Manage day-to-day administration of Lifepoint Health 401(k) plan and deferred compensation plan.
Provide support of HR Shared Services escalated employee issues.
Ensure retirement plans are in compliance by monitoring relevant federal laws and regulations, including ERISA and Internal Revenue Code., completing compliance testing for 401(k) plan and non-qualified plans, overseeing external audit of 401(k) plans, and collaborating in filing various compliance reports including, but not limited to Department of Labor 5500 reporting, Summary Annual Reports (SAR), non-discrimination testing, etc.
Coordinate with vendors for data collection and analysis related to plan audits, compliance filings, and information requests. Participate in the review and update of Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD), as well as retirement benefits communications materials.
Develop and implement audit processes to facilitate the analysis of data input. Work with external and internal audit departments on transaction verification and documentation.
Administers funding of Lifepoint Health’s retirement plans including the 401(k) plan, non-qualified plans, and deferred compensation plans in coordination with retirement consultants and the Plan Administration Committee.
Responsible for project management to execute retirement program strategy including: enrollments, implementation of new vendors, acquisitions and divestitures, HRIS system integration and other department initiatives, coordinating with IT, Payroll, HR Shared Services, consultants, attorneys and other partners as necessary.

Requirements
Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration with minimum 5 years of related experience.
