Works with Talent Acquisition team to recruit and interview qualified staff to service the patient population.
In conjunction with the Education Team, appropriately orients and trains newly hired staff.
Supervises Pediatric Field Supervisor and all field RNs and LPNs.
Performs all payroll functions necessary to ensure proper payment of staff.
Reviews and utilizes reports to identify and correct errors on a timely basis to ensure correct billing and payroll.
Conducts caregiver performance assessments during client visits as needed.
Performs annual reviews of all staff with input from Field Supervisor, as appropriate.
Works with Billing, Authorization, Eligibility and Billing Readiness teams to ensure accurate and timely information.
Performs CTM Workflow in Homecare Homebase.
Completes data set information, as assigned, regarding patient including but not limited to Transfer to Inpatient Facility, Death in Home, Resumption of Care, Discharge and Follow-Up.
Performs and documents nursing service delivery related to patient admission and re-certification, if applicable, including the Plan of Care.
Ensures documentation reflects individualized patient/family learning needs, developmental levels, cultural and social practices.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
2+ years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
Registered Nurse within the state with current license
Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently, with the capability to lift to 50 to 100 lbs.
Must have a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and reliable transportation
