- Direct calls to the managerial team when necessary
- First point of contact for customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of clients
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Proficient with MS Office
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Quality Scores of 95% or higher
