Actively sources, recruits, screens, interviews and offers candidates for full time positions at the site (entry level to senior level positions)
Provide creativity in sourcing candidates to include job boards, job fairs – in person or virtual, college events, social media postings, community centers, military contacts and events, diversity websites/initiatives, etc.
Hosts Job Fairs/Events
secure facilities, establish local contacts, create postings online and handouts, marketing materials, etc.
Prepares offer letter packages and supports new hires with seamless onboarding process
Consult with hiring managers to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for open position(s)
Partner closely with hiring managers to assess their hiring needs and create a recruitment plan that matches their hiring goals in attracting top talent for the job role(s) and cultural fit
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Utilize a variety of pipeline generation sources to grow and cultivate a broad and diverse pipeline of talent
Screen and interview candidates while providing feedback to hiring managers on candidate interviews
Manage the communication, scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made, and collect feedback when placement is unsuccessful to disposition appropriately
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field is preferred
3-5+ years of experience in high volume full life cycle recruiting; technical/maintenance and sales recruiting experience a plus
2+ years’ experience with college recruitment preferred
Workday experience preferred
Experience with recruitment platforms and assessment tools
