Lead assigned project(s)/workstreams within the broader Kinaxis transformation program.
Work cross-functionally with supply chain SMEs, business analysts, and IT to define requirements, design processes, and deliver functional capabilities
Help facilitate adoption of Kinaxis by coaching users on how the platform can replace existing manual or non-standard practices to drive efficiency and hard savings
Coordinate and participate in solution testing, user acceptance, training, and documentation efforts
Track milestones, issues, and deliverables; communicate progress and escalate risks when needed
Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, timely delivery of project components
Promote consistent planning processes across multiple ERP systems (SAP, Baan, Oracle, etc.) using Kinaxis to ensure value is delivered and people/processes are transformed
Assist in the creation of SOPs, training content, test scripts, and communication materials
Act as a key enabler of change management by supporting user onboarding, education, and troubleshooting
Other roles and responsibilities as needed or directed by the Program Manager or Transformation Director.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, IT, business administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, either as a planner or implementer
5+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or project management within manufacturing or life sciences
Knowledge of planning domains including MRP, supply planning, forecasting, and SIOP
Experience in project-based environments with exposure to implementation lifecycle, testing, and training
Kinaxis Contributor or Author Certification preferred
APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or PMP certification is a plus
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or other planning tools (Blue Yonder, O9, etc.) is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex technical content for diverse audiences
Self-starter mindset with attention to detail and ability to execute under tight timelines.
