Identify, source, and onboard new partners across the Venture Capital and Private Equity landscape
Build strong relationships with partners across their investment and operating teams that drive mutually beneficial partnerships that grow stronger over time
Help define the playbook to scale the program across many possible partners
Develop and manage joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive mutual value and accelerate customer acquisition, including scalable processes and playbooks for partner enablement, co-marketing, and referral workflows
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure partnership initiatives are aligned and delivering results
Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, building deep relationships that lead to long-term collaboration and trust
Track and report on partner performance, pipeline influence, and overall impact on business metrics
Experiment with new partnership models, incentives, and outreach strategies to drive growth
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales roles at a SaaS, fintech, banks, or have an Investment Banking background
Enjoy building new programs from the ground up and are comfortable experimenting and navigating ambiguity
Are a strong communicator with the executive presence to engage senior leaders and represent SpendHound externally
Thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and know how to keep momentum moving across teams
Can identify key stakeholders across partners, what motivates different leaders, and build lasting relationships
Are proactive, self-directed, and take ownership without waiting for permission.
