Role Overview

• Own and evolve Lantern’s AI product vision and roadmap
• Translate emerging technologies and risks into actionable strategic choices
• Identify high-impact opportunities for AI across various functions
• Lead hands-on experimentation and prototyping
• Establish measurable outcomes and ensure successful rollout and adoption
• Drive organizational AI literacy and adoption
• Partner with AI SteerCo to ensure compliance with standards
• Maintain a deep understanding of AI trends and market positioning

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Significant leadership experience
• 3–5 years owning AI/ML products, platforms, or applied LLM systems
• Demonstrated ability to ship AI-powered products that achieved measurable business or clinical impact
• Strong technical fluency
• Experience with LLMs, RAG/agent systems, orchestration frameworks
• Strategic thinker with a bias toward action
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a strong plus
• Growth mindset and grit
