Role Overview
- Represent the voice of the client in projects
- Prepare a range of products and services to ensure a positive member/client experience
- Collaborate with project developer and business analyst to ensure user needs are met
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders
- Lead and influence specialists and stakeholders in planning and development projects
- Establish product backlog for projects
- Advise clients and partners on strategic mandates under your responsibility
- Oversee development and updating of policies and standards
- Identify problems and make recommendations to decision-making bodies
- Coach other product owners
- Represent unit in dealings with senior management and decision-making bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
