Role Overview
- Support strategic initiatives across Commercial Banking organization
- Partner with stakeholders to document business needs
- Serve as a liaison between LOB users and Salesforce developers
- Write and execute functional test scripts and coordinate UAT
- Support change management activities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in financial services
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- Demonstrated experience writing user stories in Jira
- Proven experience performing hands-on functional testing and supporting UAT in an Agile environment
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
