Lead and develop a team of high-performing Solutions Engineers, fostering deep technical expertise, business acumen, and a customer-first mindset
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition to build and execute a strategic hiring plan that scales with business growth
Drive operational alignment through weekly forecast meetings with Sales Leaders, ensuring visibility into pipeline health, quota attainment, and technical engagement readiness
Define and execute the regional technical strategy that aligns to sales priorities, industry trends, and customer transformation goals
Engage directly with customers and partners, representing the technical voice of the region and influencing key deals and strategic relationships
Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and customer success teams to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap direction
Foster a culture of enablement, ensuring your teams are trained, certified, and equipped to lead with value across NetApp’s hybrid cloud, storage, and data management solutions.
Requirements
12+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution architecture within enterprise technology
5+ years of people leadership experience, including hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing technical teams
Experience collaborating with Sales Operations, HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and headcount execution
Demonstrated success in forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, and quota alignment in partnership with sales leadership
Deep understanding of data infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise IT architectures (NetApp experience a plus)
Knowledge and experience in the Media and Entertainment vertical is highly preferred
Willingness to travel regularly to meet customers, partners, and field teams.
