Assist in creating engaging visual content and high-quality written copy for various internal communication channels, including SharePoint sites, email campaigns, and internal newsletters.
Use Adobe Premiere Pro and Rush to edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional and informational purposes.
Utilize Adobe InDesign to create visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
Ensure all content adheres to the company’s branding guidelines and helps maintain a consistent brand image.
Redesign and optimize SharePoint sites used to advertise IT Infrastructure products and services to all employees within the company.
Work closely with the IT Infrastructure Product Management team to brainstorm ideas, plan campaigns, and execute projects.
Conduct market research to gather insights and assist in the analysis of campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
Provide general administrative support to the IT Infrastructure Product Management team as needed.
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Rush, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Experience with SharePoint design.
Basic understanding of branding and branding guidelines.
Strong visual and creative skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
