About this role
Role Overview
- Management of PPV funnel, project management and project execution, setting and delivering yearly PPV and VAVE savings
- Supplier Meetings/Visits, SBR’s, Materials Team collaboration, LTA’s/MSA’s negotiation/contract administration, Supplier OTD improvements, Support site/Pall Inventory Target management, Supplier Evaluation and Risk Assessment (SERA), and sustainability
- Creation and execution of assigned commodity strategy
- Ops/R&D/Engineering/Quality/Sales/Product Management collaboration, external customer support as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Relationship Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in leadership role
- Deep commodity knowledge of Key Technology (chemicals, resins, membranes) preferred
- Global Sourcing experience for a global multinational manufacturing company
- Proven negotiation skills, with demonstrated performance results
- Experience in SAP is preferred, and experience utilizing electronic sourcing tools (eRFQ, eBid, eAuction, etc.)
