Role Overview
- collect and test finished product samples to ensure pet food products meet specifications
- timely and accurate generation & completion of analytical, formulation, process and product information
- analyze finished product using various test methods, including wet chemistry
- perform sensory evaluations of in process and finished product
- recommend corrections to production personnel based on quality results
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years working in a food manufacturing environment OR a two-year degree in a science-related area of study
- 1+ years of quality assurance experience preferred
