Lead, coach, and motivate a regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to support development and accountability
Own the regional sales plan and deliver results aligned with national strategy
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats
Work closely with head office stakeholders including Marketing, Operations, Medical Affairs, Professional Education and Finance to align regional needs with broader organizational priorities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
5-6 years of progressive commercial experience, ideally in a regional or multi-territory capacity
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategy
Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix environment
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region
