Role Overview
- Define and own Niural’s marketing and growth strategy
- Act as a key partner to the executive team
- Lead development of Niural’s brand narrative, messaging, and visual identity
- Build and scale demand generation engines
- Establish a growth stack to unlock scalable performance across channels
- Grow and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of marketing leadership experience
- Experience with performance/demand gen, analytics, and experimentation frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire teams
