Ensure the timely execution of initiatives aligned with our alternative model strategy
Orchestrate and drive the end-to-end progress of multiple initiatives
Manage cross-functional interdependencies and track progress
Drive collaboration among teams and key stakeholders
Oversee the coordination and execution necessary to design, launch, and scale critical initiatives
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategic direction into actionable plans
Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to align strategies and mitigate conflicts
Prepare and present to leadership concise reports summarizing program status

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
A minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in program or project management within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries
Consultancy background (management consulting, healthcare consulting or strategy consulting) is a strong plus
Proven experience in managing complex programs with interdependencies
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and align program goals with broader organizational objectives
Strong analytical skills to assess program performance, identify risks, and develop data-driven solutions
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
