About this role
Role Overview
Identifies and defines customer technical training needs and requirements.
Develops technical training proposals.
Evaluates and determines training objectives, content, design, and technologies.
Uses specialized software to research, develop and modify new and existing media and materials.
Prepares lesson plans and instructs participants.
Researches, develops, delivers, and evaluates effectiveness of standard technical training.
Requirements
5+ years of experience performing aircraft maintenance on USAF, USN or USMC aircraft
Experience with United States Air Force and/or United States Navy or Marine Corps
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
