Role Overview
- Identifies and defines customer technical training needs and requirements.
- Develops technical training proposals.
- Evaluates and determines training objectives, content, design, and technologies.
- Uses specialized software to research, develop and modify new and existing media and materials.
- Prepares lesson plans and instructs participants.
- Researches, develops, delivers, and evaluates effectiveness of standard technical training.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience performing aircraft maintenance on USAF, USN or USMC aircraft
- Experience with United States Air Force and/or United States Navy or Marine Corps
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
