Senior Product Manager – Payments, Sponsorship

Role Overview

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap for payments and sponsorship platforms
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from opportunity identification and business case development through launch and ongoing optimization
• Partner closely with risk, compliance, operations, engineering and external partners to deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant payment solutions
• Translate regulatory requirements, network rules, and market dynamics into clear product direction and prioritization
• Drive stakeholder alignment through clear communication of product vision, trade-offs, and outcomes at both working and executive levels
• Track product performance using defined KPIs and use data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement and investment decisions
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management
• significant experience in fintech, banking, or payments
• demonstrated ownership of complex, regulated product domains
• strong understanding of payments economics, risk trade-offs, and regulatory considerations
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• proven ability to operate independently, set direction, and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments
