Identify opportunities to leverage customer data—including zero-party data, behavioral and engagement data, customer consumption signals, and customer support interaction data—to execute personalization strategies and inform predictive models
Develop and execute a roadmap to enhance customer data within our CDP and marketing automation platforms to drive retention, cross-sell, and personalization
Organize and prioritize work queues across product, marketing operations, and data engineering teams to execute the personalization roadmap
Partner with data engineering and other marketers to supply reinforcement learning models with data to drive better outcomes
Identify and unlock opportunities to build a more personalized customer journey and expand personalization capabilities across marketing channels and storefronts
Requirements
5+ years in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on personalization
3+ years leading cross-functional, collaborative projects to improve customer experiences using first
and zero-party data
Experience with machine learning and predictive models strongly preferred
Deep experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools
Sharp attention to detail and a passion for building thoughtful, customer-first strategies
Strong collaborative mindset with a desire to partner across teams and functions
