About this role
Role Overview
Oversee end-to-end project management across planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting phases
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scope, and budgets
Coordinate tooling rollouts and adoption efforts across multiple internal teams
Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder alignment and progress tracking
Lead recurring standups, program check-ins, and milestone reviews
Prepare executive-ready dashboards, KPI summaries, and performance reports
Support leadership meetings with agenda preparation, note-taking, and action tracking
Drive communication strategies including newsletters, status updates, and rollout communications
Track risks, dependencies, and operational blockers and ensure timely resolution
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and rollout readiness planning
Conduct lightweight data analysis to measure adoption, usage trends, and operational KPIs
Ensure appropriate project management methodologies and governance processes are followed
Present updates and insights to senior stakeholders and steering committees
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical field
5–7 years of proven IT Project or Program Management experience
Strong experience managing cross-functional technology initiatives in large enterprise environments
Demonstrated experience with tooling rollouts or system adoption programs
Experience supporting senior leaders with structured reporting and communications
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Experience building and maintaining dashboards, KPI reports, or performance metrics
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience facilitating UAT and rollout planning activities
Proven ability to assess risk and apply structured project management principles
PMP or PMI certification preferred
