About this role
Role Overview
Upload content daily through content management systems, and execute onboarding of up to 150 assets per week within an international catalog
Manage content and promotion calendar and working documents that would be used for team reference
Attend meetings and work collaboratively with Web Merchandising, SEO, Creative, UX Design, Copy, Planning, and IT/DTC teams to ensure delivery of brand-appropriate marketing content on site
Identify and resolve technical issues before they go out to the customer; follow-through until resolution is vital
Assist with Weekly and Monthly content reporting
Ongoing QA and monitoring of website and app content and proper functionality
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience working in a collaborative or professional environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to inform and provide updates to team and cross-functional partners
Strong capacity for multi-tasking, organization, working independently and time management
Highly flexible under pressure and tight time constraints
Appreciation for and understanding of the Urban Outfitters customer and aesthetic
A passion for retail and specifically ecommerce in today’s marketplace
In-depth computer literacy and internet proficiency
Must be comfortable working with technical systems and troubleshooting web issues
