Support the sustainment IPT and Sub IPTs as a focal point for the GSC organization
Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects
Serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
Review status of projects and budgets
Manage schedules and prepare status reports
Assess project issues developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
Ensure consistency in GSC processes and drafts work instructions and work flows
Act as a GSC focal with various program IPTs and Sub IPTs
Analyze data and information to accurately build/present program-level leadership briefings
Requirements
Must have Bachelor's with 2 years, Master's Degree, or High School diploma/equivalent with 6 years' experience in Project Management, Program Management, Procurement, Purchasing, Business Management, Proposals, Program Scheduling, Price/Cost Analysis, Program Integration, or other Global Supply Chain related field
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and Program Special Access
Must have Bachelor's with 5 years, Master's with 3 years or High School diploma/equivalent with 9 years' experience in the following: Project Management, Program Management, Procurement, Purchasing, Business Management, Proposals, Program Scheduling, Price/Cost Analysis, Program Integration, or other Global Supply Chain related field
Experience using SAP, ERP, MRP or other related business software application
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and Program Special Access.
