Contribute to Brand Positioning Development: Conduct research, gather competitive benchmarks, and prepare analysis to support the creation and refinement of global brand positioning.
Support Brand Strategy Development: Draft presentations, toolkits, and frameworks that translate long-term strategic direction into actionable resources for global regions and business functions.
Run Brand Planning Processes: Lead annual and quarterly brand planning cycles, consolidating stakeholder inputs, maintaining core planning documents, and monitoring progress against agreed brand objectives.
Apply and Monitor Brand Guidelines: Ensure that day-to-day assets, creative output, and campaign materials align with global brand guidelines.
Execute Advertising Campaigns: Lead the end-to-end management of global advertising campaigns, including agency management (briefing, timelines, budgets), creative production, and rollout coordination across multiple regions.
Vendor Management: Oversee external vendors, holding them accountable for performance, budget, and quality standards.
Cross-functional Leadership: Lead or participate in major projects with moderate-to-high resource requirements, risk, and complexity.
Analytical Excellence: Use sophisticated analytical thought to interpret business challenges, evaluate campaign results, and present actionable insights.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in brand or marketing management within global or matrixed organizations.
Expertise in brand positioning, campaign planning, and cross-functional leadership.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and external vendor relationships.
Ability to work independently and provide guidance in highly complex situations.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting business challenges and implementing innovative solutions.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey difficult concepts to diverse audiences.
Hands-on experience with campaign execution, agency management, and campaign tracking across digital, social, and traditional media channels.
Experience with budget management and performance reporting systems (e.g., Allocadia).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with regional teams, stakeholders, and vendors globally.
Background in consumer products, technology, or related industries preferred.
