Role Overview
- Collaborate with HR legal partners to execute regulatory requirements within Severance
- Manage detailed day-to-day Severance administration
- Develop effective policies and programs in a specialized Human Resources unit
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or progressive work experience
- 7+ Years of related experience
- In depth knowledge of a specialized Human Resources function
- Strong Customer service orientation and ability to establish strong working relationships with internal and external clients
