About this role

Oversee all aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project
Manage the financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors, Client relationships
Deliver a safe, quality outcome that meets or exceeds Company commitments
Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning and safety reviews
Manage the Project Budget and execute management of the Contract delivery type
Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts
Ensure accurate, timely and pertinent monthly project reports and cost reviews with project leadership
Build and maintain strong customer relations with subcontractors, vendors and Client

4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience
8+ years of experience
Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary
