About this role
Role Overview
Defines, manages, and evaluates business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against strategic objectives.
Leads and partners with cross-functional teams to develop short-term business plans.
Prepares comprehensive implementation tactics, execution plans, and resource allocation plans.
Ensures alignment of business activities among stakeholders.
Sets business metrics, evaluates performance, and advises on target achievement.
Develops data-driven analyses to optimize resources and translate business plans into financial value.
Requirements
Typically 8+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
Advanced abilities in Excel strongly preferred.
Experience in Sales Strategy & Planning Quota work preferred.
Extensive knowledge of research methodology for challenging business issues.
Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
Ability to leverage new analytical techniques for creative insights.
Extensive knowledge of business problems analysis using Excel, Access, and statistical analysis.
Superior business acumen and technical knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills.
Excellent project management skills in leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
Strong relationship management skills.
Strong leadership skills, including team-building and conflict resolution.
Ability to lead multiple, large, time-sensitive projects.
