Role Overview
- Assist large financial institutions with IT Quality Transformation & Application Test Delivery challenges
- Plan and execute software system testing (manual and automated)
- Lead testing efforts across large transformation teams
- Work with clients to drive transformational change in application testing services
- Define test strategy, planning, and implementing quality assurance
- Coach team members to foster an innovative and inclusive environment
- Evaluate and report on quality assurance and testing processes
- Provide expertise on test automation methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management Information Systems, Finance, or related field and 8 years of work experience (5 years progressive post-baccalaureate) OR Master's degree in the same fields and 7 years of work experience
- 6 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, including at least 5 years managing testing teams
- 3 years of experience in building, managing, and identifying executive level relationships
- 4 years of experience leading design and development of test automation frameworks
- 7 years of testing experience in Financial services industry
- 7 years of technical competency in relevant areas
- 5 years of test program or project management experience
- 6 years of experience with test management tools like JIRA and/or HP ALM
- 3 years of experience in business development activities
