Assist large financial institutions with IT Quality Transformation & Application Test Delivery challenges
Plan and execute software system testing (manual and automated)
Lead testing efforts across large transformation teams
Work with clients to drive transformational change in application testing services
Define test strategy, planning, and implementing quality assurance
Coach team members to foster an innovative and inclusive environment
Evaluate and report on quality assurance and testing processes
Provide expertise on test automation methodologies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management Information Systems, Finance, or related field and 8 years of work experience (5 years progressive post-baccalaureate) OR Master's degree in the same fields and 7 years of work experience
6 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, including at least 5 years managing testing teams
3 years of experience in building, managing, and identifying executive level relationships
4 years of experience leading design and development of test automation frameworks
7 years of testing experience in Financial services industry
7 years of technical competency in relevant areas
5 years of test program or project management experience
6 years of experience with test management tools like JIRA and/or HP ALM
3 years of experience in business development activities
