Role Overview
- Oversee the packaging department multiple lines and processes or shifts
- Partners with environment, health and safety and food safety, quality and regulatory experts
- Oversee production outcomes, quantity and quality
- Partner collaboratively with appropriate centers of excellence
- Accountable for the implementation of non base capital investments
- Ensure ongoing review of key performance indicators
- Develops and oversees operational plans
- Lead and develop a team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Lean Six Sigma
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Experience with budgeting and operational planning
- Packaging operations experience
- Experience managing supervisor‑level personnel
