Establishes and manages project plans across schedule, cost, scope, and quality
Understands logical dependencies, identifies critical path, communicates and escalates key tasks to team members
Proactively identifies variances to plan and develops appropriate mitigation plans
Formulates corrective actions when project deliverables deviate from the work plan
Identifies, solicits, and documents specific project risk at initiation
Communicates risks throughout the project lifecycle, including gaining project stakeholder agreement
Engages extended group of stakeholders in communications
Records and monitors project actual and forecasted cost against the project budget
Seeks new skills to improve project deliverables and outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems or Engineering; or equivalent work experience
7 to 10 years of IT work experience, including 7 or more years managing projects
Knowledge of Agile recommended
Related certification preferred
Waterfall and or Agile methodology, values, and procedures
Leading Large Enterprise level Complex IT projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Relevant business software (e.g. Microsoft Office applications, Clarity, MS Project)
